so they can connect with it deeply and stay motivated!)
✔ I've been a stickler for proper technique and teaching my clients how to adjust —
their workouts, meals, and other lifestyle factors based on their own body's feedback this (they're injury-free badasses who who don't get derailed because they know their bodies, and they know how to pivot and keep progressing.)
✔ I've been told that my coaching personality is like a mullet:
business in the front, party in the back. I take women's health and getting my client's results very seriously, but my approach to getting those results is one that comes from vulnerability, authenticity, and a never-ending train of inappropriate metaphors.

My Obsession with Female Health & Empowerment
Gender inequality has never sat well with me. I've been especially bothered by the conventions that keep women on the wrong side of that equation, and I've long been passionate about doing my small part to empower women to live fiercely true to their potential so we can live great lives that we're proud of and bring some much-needed balance to this world.
I've seen repeatedly that when we feel our best, we do our best, and as a result, I believe that true empowerment for women is something that starts from the inside out with health-building strategies that are specific to our unique female physiology. For this reason, I've been committed to not just learning as much as I can about women's health, but to making it accessible for women in my community through conversations, collaborations, and my coaching programs.
This commitment was amplified a few years ago when at 38, I started experiencing the unexpected and frustrating symptoms of perimenopause. I was absolutely SHOCKED to learn that the menopause transition can start in your mid-30's (isn't that a 50s-something thing?) and despite my background in women's health and fitness, I felt completely blindsided. I've since been determined to learn as much as I can about menopause so that I can do everything in my power to help myself and my clients minimize it's impact and protect our health & longevity.
To me, women's health is more than just a trend, and fitness is more than just a thing you do to look a certain way -
they're the catalysts for women's empowerment and putting the two together is my superpower and life's calling.
