Fempire Fitness was created with the mission to empower women from the inside out through female-focused health, fitness, and community.
I'm Rhiannon Tarrant (Head Coach + Founder of Fempire Fitness) and I believe that when women are strong, healthy, and confident, we're able to fuel the creation our own fempires by:

✔ Doing our part to make the world a better place for the next generation of girls & women
...and I'm adamant that this shouldn't change as we go through "The Change."

Hi! I'm Rhiannon (Coach Rhi),
Founder & Head Coach at Fempire Fitness
First off, you should know this about me:
➜ I LIVE for women’s empowerment.
➜ I'm OBSESSED with women’s health.
(Also: I’m an animal nut, a lover of 90’s dance mixes, and someone who’s not allowed to keep peanut butter in the house because I’ll eat it all in two days. 🤷♀️)
I've spent the past 15 years specializing in coaching women
and I'm proud to have helped hundreds of clients across Canada, the U.S., and even as far away as Australia and New Zealand achieve sustainable, long-lasting transformations through female-focused fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle strategies.

I believe my clients have been so successful because...
I've always done things a little differently than other trainers:
✔ I train my clients for strength, athleticism, and badass capability—not to chase smaller bodies or a number on the scale.
✔ I educate my clients on their bodies—what's going on behind the scenes, and how fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle protocols support their health + longevity. (I've learned that smart women want to know why they're doing something so they can connect with it deeply, stay motivated, and stay on track.)
✔ I'm a stickler for proper technique + teaching my clients how to make intelligent adjustments—to their workouts, meals, and other lifestyle factors based on their own body's feedback. (My clients are injury-free badasses who don't get derailed because they know their bodies, and they know how to pivot to keep progressing.)
✔ I've been told that my coaching personality is like a mullet: Business in the front, party in the back. I take women's health, and my clients results very seriously, but my approach to getting those results is one that comes from vulnerability, authenticity, and a never-ending train of inappropriate metaphors.
✔ I've grown an amazing community of like-minded women who help me create a beautifully-empowering, judgement-free space. We lift eachother up and celebrate eachother's wins, share in as much laughter as we do sweat, and enjoy deep, meaningful friendships that stand the test of time.
It's my method of doing things differently that has empowered my clients to:
Heal their relationship with exercise + their body
Feel insanely confident in their bodies + their capabilities
Become bulletproof + self-sufficient so they can sustain their results long-term
Achieve better overall health + sense of wellbeing



My Obsession with Women's Health & Empowerment
I've always been driven to flip the script on conventions that disadvantage women...
and I'm passionate about doing my part to empower women to live fiercely true to their potential, to create fulfilling lives their proud of, and, in doing so, bring much-needed balance to the world.
I've seen repeatedly that when we feel our best, we do our best, and as a result, I believe that true empowerment for women is something that starts from the inside out with health-building strategies that are specific to our unique female physiology.
For this reason, I've been committed to not just learning as much as I can about women's health, but to making it accessible for women in my community through conversations, collaborations, and my coaching programs.
This commitment was amplified a few years ago when at 38, I started experiencing the unexpected and frustrating symptoms of perimenopause. I was absolutely SHOCKED to learn that the menopause transition can start in your mid-30's (isn't that a 50s-something thing?) and despite my background in women's health and fitness, I felt completely blindsided.
I've since been determined to learn as much as I can about menopause (including becoming one of Canada's first Certified Menopause Coaching Specialists) so that I can do everything in my power to help empower myself and my clients to minimize it's impact and protect our health & longevity.


To me, Women's Health is More than just a Trend...
And fitness is more than just something you do to look a certain way—
They're the catalysts for women's empowerment, and putting it all together is my superpower and life's calling.
